根據這篇最新報導”Microsoft Signs Nondisclosure Agreement With Yahoo“，微軟已經跟雅虎簽訂Nondisclosure Agreement，也就是confidentiality agreement，保證雙方的協議內容不會透露出去，是否代表雅虎可能將賣給微軟呢?
報導中指出，雅虎現在比2008年更加劣勢，已經遠遠落後Google，並且也落後於新秀Facebook的後面，但是雅虎站台還能夠引入八千多萬的不重複訪客，其實力還是不容小歔。
微軟在2008年提出條件要購買Yahoo，與當時的雅虎創辦人楊致遠協商了一個多月後無疾而終，後來變成微軟與雅虎達成合作協議。
除了微軟之外，還可能有幾個競爭者，例如: 阿里巴巴 (Alibaba Group)、黑石集團(Blackstone)、銀湖集團 (Silver Lake Partners)、貝恩資本 (Bain Capital)、 普羅維登斯 (Providence Equity Partners)、以及Google等。
由於之前雅虎為了避免競標者私下對話，因此希望參與對談的雙方可以簽署保密協定，在此之前微軟也不答應簽署，但是終於還是簽下了NDA (Nondisclosure Agreement)。
也許近期就會有所結果，因為許多投資者已經給予雅虎許多壓力，希望可以就買賣雙方坐下來談，並希望楊致遠可以辭職。

Microsoft and Silver Lake Partners are leading a group of investors that look to buy up to a 20 percent minority stake in Yahoo, according to a report by the New York Times.
Microsoft will participate in the bid, but wants to keep its existing strategic relationship alive, a person familiar with Microsoft’s thinking on the matter told us. The source said Microsoft had no intention of buying Yahoo outright, and it was up to Yahoo to figure out what direction the company should go.
Yahoo is still considering bids for the entire company, an unnamed source told the New York Times. Yahoo’s board is expected to discuss the deal as soon as this week, according to the report.
